Ability to Set Limits for Comp Authorizers
Stay is enhanced to allow users to define the limit for which comps can be redeemed for reservations by comp authorizers using an authorizer code in the property.
Apply Convenience Fee for Split Payments and Deposits and Override the Fee by a Percentage Value
Stay is enhanced to allow users to apply a convenience fee for the split payments made using credit cards in reservations, groups, and house accounts and when collecting deposits for reservations.
Duplicate Reservations Report
A new dynamic report, Duplicate Reservations, has been added to track if multiple reservations were created for a guest during the selected date range.

Stay is enhanced to display the cumulative calculation of room revenue (room rate + tax) for the entire duration of a reservation in the Book Reservation screen and in the Estimated Charges section of the Book a Reservation pop-up screen when users create reservations using monthly rate plans.
Support for Comp Restrictions by Casino Management Systems
Comp restrictions created by the users in Stay are now supported by various casino management systems.
Calculate Room Type Occupancy Percentage at the Room Type Level for Yield by Room Type Rule Sets
Stay is enhanced to allow users to choose if the room type occupancy percentage for a Yield By Room Type rule set must be calculated either at the room type level or at the property-level.
Display Occupancy Percentage and Yielding Rates in the Daily Rates Screen
Stay is enhanced to display the yielding rates in the Daily Rates tab of the Rates screen that is calculated based on the room type occupancy percentage configured for a Yield By Room Type rule set created at the Occupancy level.
Display Owner RevPAR Value and Grade for Rooms
Stay is enhanced to display the Owner RevPAR value calculated for the owned units and the grade/rotation counter assigned to the units when users hover over the rooms in the Property Configuration tab of the Rooms Setup screen.
Stay-Duetto Integration Enhancement
The Stay-Duetto integration is enhanced to send the status of a group that is turned down in Stay as Cancelled to Duetto.
